Data controller

Sublimtech ApS (Danish company registration no. CVR 46173902), Gyvelvænget 140, 7730 Hanstholm, Denmark, is the data controller for the processing of personal data on sublimtech.com. You can send any questions to contact@sublimtech.dk.

What information do we process?

When you fill in our contact form, we process the information you provide: your name, company, email address, phone number if you give one, and your description of your systems and integration needs. We only ask for what we need to answer your enquiry.

Purpose and legal basis

The information is used solely to answer your enquiry and to follow up on any potential engagement. The legal basis is your consent when you submit the form and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Article 6(1)(a) and (f) of the General Data Protection Regulation).

Cookies and statistics

sublimtech.com does not set cookies, does not store anything in your browser and does not use third-party analytics tools. No information about your visit is therefore passed on to anyone, and you will not see a cookie banner.

We keep simple visitor statistics on our own server. Nothing is stored on your device. For each page view we store the time, which page was shown, which channel or ad the link came from, and whether the browser is running on a phone or a computer. Your IP address is not stored. So that we can count visits rather than individual clicks, a number is generated from the IP address and browser type together with a secret value that changes every 24 hours. The number cannot be traced back to you, and once the value has changed, it cannot be recreated. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in knowing which pages and channels work (Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation).

If you come to the site from a link or an ad, we note in our own log which page you landed on and whether the link came from a search engine, a social network or an ad. We store nothing in your browser to do so. If you get in touch through the contact form, we add that information to the email, so we can see which channels our enquiries come from. For referring pages, only the host name is stored, for example linkedin.com, never the full address.

If you would rather be left out of the statistics altogether, you can open any page with ?ingen-statistik=1 added to the address. Your browser will then no longer be counted. That is the only thing we ever store on your device, and only because you ask us to.

We also note when someone clicks our phone number or email address on the site. This is counted in the same way as a page view, and nothing about you is stored in the process.

The videos on the site are played from our own server. No data is therefore sent to YouTube or other video services when you watch them.

Spam protection

The contact form is protected against spam without third-party services: a hidden field that only bots fill in, and a check on how long the form has been open. Nothing about you is stored in the process.

Data processors

The site is hosted by PerfGrid, whose server also forwards enquiries from the form to us by email. Our email is provided by Microsoft (Microsoft 365). Both process data only on our instructions and in accordance with applicable data protection law. As with any web host, the server records technical information such as IP addresses in its log files for operational and security reasons. Enquiries are also received by the external consultant who runs the site for us.

Retention

Enquiries are kept for as long as our dialogue with you continues and are then deleted, unless we enter into an agreement and the information becomes part of the contractual relationship.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your information and to withdraw your consent. Contact us at contact@sublimtech.dk. You can also lodge a complaint with Datatilsynet, the Danish Data Protection Agency, at datatilsynet.dk.
