Martin Bjorheim

Martin has worked with Lobster since 2019 and spent six years at Lobster itself, where he helped build the brand in the Nordics. He held most of the customer-facing roles there, from Account Manager, project manager and Customer Success Manager to Regional Manager and Partner Manager, and he has led more than 70 Lobster projects and onboarded 60 customers. He knows what makes an integration succeed and what makes it go wrong. In August 2025 he took the plunge and became a partner himself, and since then he has built up SublimTech with colleagues who all work exclusively with Lobster. He stays close to customers and makes sure the same people are with you from the first meeting through to operations.
Jonatan Augustsson

Jonatan has worked with integration and EDI since 2017 and learned the trade from the ground up as a technical project coordinator at PostNord Strålfors, working with EDIFACT, XML, JSON and file transfer. In 2023 he moved to Lobster Data Platform as a technical consultant, running customer workshops as well as teaching and training new consultants, and he joined SublimTech when Lobster switched to a partner-led model. Today he is responsible for solution architecture, profile development and troubleshooting in customer projects, and he guides customers through implementation and onboarding, from internal system integrations to EDI and WMS connected to ERP systems such as IFS and Business Central. He holds every Lobster Data Platform certification.
Mike Larsen

Mike has a long background in IT, spanning support, server administration and installations, and since 2012 he has worked mainly on EDI integrations and implementations, at companies including PostNord Strålfors, Maersk and Lobster. He started at Lobster in 2023 and joined SublimTech at the end of 2025, when Lobster switched to a partner-led model. His working days are a mix of workshops, problem-solving with customers, projects and migrations that move profiles from one platform to another. On one project he set up around 150 communication channels in four months; on another he moved more than 1,000 flows, with their databases and data communications, to a new server. He holds every Lobster Data Platform certification.
Søren Bohn

Søren trained as an IT assistant and has worked in integration since 2006, including with M3, IFS, AX and PIM systems. He has worked with Lobster since 2023 and has led migrations from both Dell Boomi and BizTalk, in one case while the customer was also replacing its core system. He advises on solution design and specification early in projects and assesses the risks in an architecture before it is built. He is certified as a Data Hero and Data Hero Scout.
Emil Helk

Emil has worked with Lobster for more than six years and knows the platform inside out, including what it takes for an integration to hold up in day-to-day operation, not just on go-live day. He has delivered projects for companies including hummel and Damstahl, where he built the connection between Lobster and the customers’ business systems. He has a thorough grounding in the Microsoft platform, from Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations to Business Central and NAV, and he has built solutions in Power Apps and Fabric, so he understands the customer’s ERP as well as the integration platform.
